Max Panchuk CPA Bio

Max Panchuk, CPA/ABV is a Founding Partner of O’Brien & Panchuk, LLP. Max is tax strategist specializing in cross-border tax, and a business valuation analyst. Max loves assisting clients with Mergers & Acquisitions, specializing in sell-side transaction preparation & support. He graduated with Highest Honors from CSU with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting having previously attended Windsor University where he pursued economics and accounting dual majors. Max is also a business valuation analyst and enjoys learning about the wonderful stories that many businesses develop and pass on through generations. Max works with a variety of business entities mainly at strategic level, including clients in the real estate development, wholesale, service, and manufacturing industries to help improve and develop their stories.

Max assists foreign and domestic investors with cross border tax matters. He has lived in three countries and assists clients across the globe with their tax planning and compliance matters.

Max is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Board of Forensic Accounting. He is also an angel investor.

When Max isn’t busy making his clients happy, he enjoys Jiu Jitsu, auto racing and outdoor sports. Max also keeps busy enjoying family time and occasionally plays tennis with his daughter.
